There has been an uptick in scams targeting travellers to Dominica, Saint Lucia, and Barbados. The scams consist of illicit websites which mimic official government portals. These fake portals claim to expedite the travel authorisation process and charge fees for the service. Victims of the scam have reported various impacts which include the loss of funds, travel delays, and missed flights. 
To combat this illegal scam, the government of Dominica is sensitizing residents and visitors about the scam. Travelers should exercise caution when completing their travel authorization form.
The correct link for Dominica’s landing card is Immigration and Customs Declaration Card. There is no fee required to complete this process. The form must be completed and submitted no more than three (3) days before travel to Dominica. All visitors to the island must complete the form.
The process to complete the form is as follows:
1. Visit the landing card website and submit your details. Please note that visitors to the island will also be required to provide the name and address of accommodation.
2. Check your email for a confirmation and QR code. When received, saved them to your mobile device of print the documents. On arrival in Dominica, you must present them to the Immigration and Customs authorities.
3. Present documents to Immigration and Customs authorities.
