Jet Blue is increasing its reach throughout the Caribbean with new routes, services, and destinations. This Caribbean expansion will result in significant network enhancements for the airline, and thus enhance connectivity and more choices for customers.
Jet Blue is the largest air carrier in Puerto Rico, and these new initiatives will see the island become an even more important feature in Caribbean tourism. President of JetBlue, Marty St. George, is excited about the expansion and sees it as a way to strengthen their relationship with Puerto Rico. This view was also shared by Puerto Rico Governor Pedro R. Pierlusi, who said that the island is pleased to welcome JetBlue’s expansion which supports their efforts to enhance Puerto Rico’s tourism industry.
