Our interests include all segments of the Caribbean tourism and hospitality industries – tours and attractions, accommodation, travel agencies, restaurants, travel insurance, travel technology and transportation.
Caribbean tourism is evolving rapidly and it is imperative that our people are equipped to deal with the changes and their impact. The development and encouragement of new tourism niches is an exciting endeavour that can ensure the longevity of the Caribbean’s tourism sector. New areas of interest such as culinary tourism, health and wellness and sports tourism are encouraging and will have a positive impact on other sectors in the Caribbean economy.
An Endless Caribbean internship will give you the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience, foster greater insight into which area of study you want to pursue and help you to establish a foothold in building your career. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of tourism theory and demonstrate your ability to apply what was learnt to a practical scenario. Our tourism internships are a smart avenue to see tourism as a viable option for governments, organisations, small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Our internship programme is strictly on a voluntary basis and preference will be given to Caribbean based students. Consequently, selected interns will not be entitled to any remuneration or allowance and will be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the training. Also, acceptance of an intern carries no expectancy of employment at the end of the training period.
