The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority’s recently announced Antigua and Barbuda Restaurant week is being touted as the ultimate foodie experience. Scheduled for 7 – 21 May 2023, the 14-day event is a “gastronomical adventure” that will celebrate the food, culture and people of Antigua and Barbuda.

Antigua and Barbuda’s Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation and Investment, The Honourable Charles Fernandez, is welcoming all who want to savour good food in the twin island state. He described the event as a “truly divine foodie experience presented by a team of amazing culinary artists and hosts.”

Additionally, the CEO of the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, Colin C. James explained that the Antigua and Barbuda Restaurant Week will follow the Antigua Sailing Week Regatta. The purpose for this was to extend the peak tourism season in the country. It also fits with the islands’ marketing strategy to position Antigua and Barbuda as a year-round destination.
